Children
We love well-behaved children and encourage parents to use their best judgement when bringing children to Nantucket. We have cribs, a pack & play, and even a section in our garden for your little one to plant a flower!

Smoking
The Town of Nantucket does not allow smoking in public places. The Nantucket Resort Collection complex is completely non-smoking, including gardens and decks.

Pets
We think all good dogs deserve to come to Nantucket! We welcome pets of all sizes with treats and belly rubs. There is a $175 per-stay (not per night) pet-fee. This includes a VIP welcome amenity, bed, bowls, and access to our Pet Concierge which can arrange walking services and pet grooming recommendations. We kindly ask that pets are not left unattended in the room, in the event your pet causes a guest-disturbance and we can not immediately reach you – an additional $300 pet fee will be added to your folio.

Check-In / Check Out
Check-in time at our Nantucket hotel is 3 PM. If you should arrive earlier, we will make every effort to accommodate you when possible. We will gladly store your luggage until check-in time. Check-out time is 11 AM.

Rates, Taxes & Gratuities
Rates do not include an 11.7% Massachusetts room occupancy tax and are subject to change without prior notice. Gratuities for the chambermaids are not included in the room rate.

Minimum Stay
In the summer, we generally require a three-night minimum during the weekend and a two-night minimum during the week. Minimum stays may also apply at other times of year. Call for details, as smaller slots are often available.

Deposits
A deposit equal to the first three nights lodging, or 50% of any stay longer than six nights, is required to confirm reservations. The balance is due before departure.

Cancellations
For all cancellations, regardless of circumstance, a 10% service charge will be retained by Nantucket Resort Collection.

In season (April 1st through 1st weekend of December), for cancellations made within 30 days of your scheduled arrival, you will be held financially responsible for your entire reservation.

Off season (2nd week of December through March 31st), for cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled arrival, you will be held financially responsible for your entire reservation.

Changes of reservation date or early departure are treated as cancellations and carry the same fee. You are, however, always welcome to send a friend or a family member in your place. Because we are a small hotel, cancellations affect us significantly, therefore we must abide by our policy in all circumstances.

If any of the ferry companies offer service to Nantucket on the expected arrival date, guests are expected to arrive as planned, regardless of their planned mode of travel or departure location. If all ferries and flights to/from the island are completely canceled for the entire day, a credit for that night's stay will be issued. Once transportation resumes, guests are expected to arrive for the remainder of their reservation. No credits or refunds will be provided for travel delays, air cancellations, missed connections, or other issues. It is always recommended to keep an eye on the weather for your dates of travel and leave plenty of time in case alternate travel arrangements need to be made. Travel insurance can also be a great resource to cover these scenarios. In the case of a hurricane or severe weather, refunds will only be considered after the storm if two or more nights remain unusable.

Travel Insurance
We realize that cancellations are often beyond your personal control. For this reason we recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind. Groups and Group Cancellations
We reserve the right to limit event/group reservations in order not to impact the experience of our returning guests.
Group reservations consisting of four (4) or more rooms are subject to our normal cancellation policy as stated above except that a 30 day cancellation notification is required.

Additional Guests
There is a $35 nightly charge for a third room-occupant.
